We are more than happy to refund you if you are unsatisfied with the item/s. We will refund you once the item/s has been returned to us by return of post, usually 10 Working Days (Europe), 15 Working Days (Rest of world).

6. Delivery and payment
Delivery only against payment in advance. We accept bank transfer (IBAN/BIC for Euro region). Customers from overseas and non-Euro-region may also use Paypal. Cash payments (ONLY in Euro) are also accepted at buyers risk.

We store any information you enter on our web site for different purposes as responding to your request, customizing your account on our shop, improving our shop and communicating with you. Any information you provide, will be used only for our own purposes concerning our online shop www.postgeschichte-kemser.de . We will not give any information about you to anybody else.

8. Notice to NS-Decorations and/or symbols
The buyer is obliged to purchase articels holding NS-decorations or NS-symbols only for historical and scientific purposes of collecting. They may not be used in any form for propaganda purposes, especially in regard to §86 of the German StGB.
9. Jurisdiction
Only German law is valid. The UN treaty for contracts concerning international goods sales (CISG) is not applicable.
10. Final remark
In case one of the above conditions become invalid, the validity of the other conditions will remain unchanged. For any disputes which may arrise, only the German version of my terms & conditions is valid.
